Got this for free to review and I really like it. It comes in a pack of 3 so 3 single servings. It's great to mix in with my morning and nighttime shakes to give that extra protein and energy to help throughout the day and after workouts. The taste is not too strong to overpower my spinach or fruit that I put in my shakes, but it gives it a thicker consistency. I would continue to buy these and love that it comes in single serve pouches so you know exactly how much you're taking.
